Bishop BerryBishop A.D. Berry has accepted the charge and responsibility of leading the vision, goals and direction of the NAAF, and it is not a charge that he takes lightly. He is a dedicated husband to the love of his life the former Shannon Jenkins for 19 years and father of three sons Jordan, Jared and Jacob.

Bishop Berry is one who believes that all should access and seize the limitless possibilities and opportunities that exist through proper information, training and development of people and the economy around us. He does not believe in God’s people using the excuses of life to cause them to sit on the sidelines of life and complain.

Education

Bishop Berry is multifaceted in his educational pursuits and background. He has attended Houston Community College System and Texas Southern University. He is a graduate of San Jacinto College, Kings Cross Bible College and The Institute of Theology and Christian Therapy. He is licensed in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse and as a Licensed Professional Pastoral Counselor through The American Association of Christian Therapist (AACT).

Entrepreneurship

Bishop Berry believes strongly in entrepreneurship and the development of communities through partnerships and alliances. He is the Sr. Pastor and Founder of The Foundation Church Int’l Inc., President of Anointed Health Services and CEO of ADB Ministries Intl., DBA (Foundation Layers) which is a 501 ©3 non-profit that seeks to empower communities by targeting hunger, literacy, crime prevention and recidivism and also promoting wholeness in families within depressed communities.

Community and Civic Affiliations

Bishop Berry was publically consecrated to the Office of Bishop within Reaching The World Fellowship Inc. in October 2011 in which he oversees the Southwestern District. Other professional associations include, The Frederick Douglas Foundation, American Nurses Association (ANA), and he is President/Founder of the T.H.U.G. Project (Transformed Heroes Under Guidance) and A Time to Live, programs mentoring men and women.

As an avid sports enthusiast Bishop Berry coaches youth baseball and the Youth Football Federation respectively.
